A New Way to Deal with Papermaking Wastewater with Low Energy Consumption

Zhao Shihui, the State Key Laboratory of Pulp and Paper Engineering, South China University of Technology, and others used anaerobic activated sludge as an inoculum to construct a potassium ferricyanide cathode microbial fuel cell (MFC), and studied the degradation of papermaking wastewater and the effect of electricity generation.

The results showed that after 146 h of glucose inoculation, the MFC was successfully started and a voltage of 360 mV was generated. The MFC with paper-making wastewater as substrate had a maximum power density of 14.2 mW/m2 for 160 h, and the CODCr removal rate of the wastewater reached 60.2%. Pulping wastewater can be used as a substrate for MFC, and it is effectively degraded at the same time as electricity generation. This provides a new way for low-energy treatment of papermaking wastewater.

The mainfrme adopts solid arm structure, able to be equiped with various types of clmap.
The multi-rotation joint makes extensive scope of workpiece-clamping possible.
It also equiped with brake device, which also can be locked up.
It is widely used in occasions which require accurate positioning, flip, and complex site environment, etc.
